Its with great pleasure that we are hosting a fantastic Help For Haiti show on Fri March 26th hosted by Lindsey Sinead from the BCW group, bands already confirmed for the benefit gig are The Standing Order , The Morning Star , Tom Champagne , and Mad Skull with more to be announced. Hot of the press today , just a wee note to tell you that we bought The legend that is Tom Russell's weekly friday radio show on Rock Radio. This is major for BOX and all concerned and is a show unrivalled anywhere in Scotland. We look forward to the coming year where there will be great opportunities for young bands and older bands in association with Box and Tom's show. Hi, and just a wee blurb letting you know of three outstanding musicians who host our open mic night every Tuesday now. Dell, lloyd and Scott will be taking up the proceedings every week where you are invited to jam with them or sing your own music. This is by far one of the very best nights in the city and all musos get a free beer on Dell when you get on stage. Its a great way to share a night out and your music with fellow musicians in the city and get a chance to try out your new music to a free entry partisan crowd . With promos at the bar at only £2 on most major brands and open till 3am its not too be missed . Open mic starts at 9pm doors 5pm.

Many thanks to the guys for a great dj set on Friday after the disappointment of the cancellation of their QMU gig. Once again the boys rocked the box and carnage insued ! see you next time guys and all the best and thanks to the hundreds who came down from the QMU too see and support them.
